General terms and conditions, cancellation costs and further important information
By booking a stay at Casita Ayurveda Tenerife you accept the following house rules/terms and conditions:
Arrival and departure:
Please let us know your arrival time in good time. The
accommodation can be used on the day of arrival from 04:00 p.m.
onward. We are happy to allow earlier arrivals by arrangement.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00
a.m. You are welcome to use the facilities of Casita Ayurveda
Tenerife on the day of departure until 04:00 p.m.
Entering the premises:
Entering and using the premises of Casita Ayurveda Tenerife is
at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.
Unauthorized persons/strangers are not to be granted entry
without consulting the owners.
Damage:
If you have caused damage, we ask you to report the damage
immediately so that we do not only notice it after your
departure during the final cleaning. The guest is liable for
damage in the amount of the replacement costs.
Booking:
A booking/change/cancellation must be made in writing. The
booking is binding with the booking confirmation. At the same
time, you accept our house rules/terms and conditions and
cancellation regulations.
Liability:
Casita Ayurveda Tenerife is not liable for the guest's
valuables.
Termination:
If the general terms and conditions are violated, Casita
Ayurveda Tenerife can unilaterally terminate the accommodation
contract and the guest must leave the accommodation
immediately. In this case, there is no right for a refund of
the stay.
Price reduction:
There is no entitlement to a price reduction in the event of a
short-term failure of furnishings in the entire accommodation,
the public supply or force majeure.
Keys:
Lost keys must be reported immediately. The guest is liable up
to the amount of the replacement costs.
Social Media/Photos:
Please be responsible when posting photos of Casita Ayurveda
Tenerife on social media.
Prices:
The accommodation prices apply as shown on the website. Please
note the validity periods.
What you should bring with you:
Slippers, "garden slippers", bathing slippers/flip-flops for
practice, comfortable yoga or sports clothing, sneakers, sturdy
mountain or hiking shoes and bad weather clothing, swimwear,
pool and beach towels, sun protection, exclusively
biodegradable washing substances.
Terms of payment and cancellation costs:
A minimum deposit of 500,- Euro is required for a firm booking. A travel price higher than 2500, - Euro requires a deposit of 20% of the total amount. The remaining amount is to be transferred 30 days before arrival. If the total amount is not received 30 days before arrival, we can continue to rent the booked room without informing you.
Bookings can be canceled at any time via e-mail. The cancellation is valid from the moment of receipt. The following cancellation fees apply:
• up to 30 days before departure 20%
• from 29.–21. day before departure 30% of the travel
price
• 50% of the travel price from the 20th to 14th day before
departure
• from 13. –7. days before departure 70% of the travel
price
• from 6-1 days before departure 80% of the travel price
• 95% of the travel price on the day of commencement of the
journey or in the event of non-commencement of the journey.
We recommend you to get a travel cancellation insurance.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the entire premises of Casita Ayurveda
Tenerife.
Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs:
Smoking, the consumption of alcohol and the consumption of
drugs, intoxicants or other stimulants is not permitted in any
of the rooms of Casita Ayurveda Tenerife, including on the
terraces of the rooms and on the entire outdoor area.
Corona/Covid-19:
All legal regulations of the Spanish government as well as the
regional government of the Canary Islands and the local
authorities are to be followed on the premises of Casita
Ayurveda without being asked.
