For more than 15 years, the Casita Ayurveda on Tenerife has been offering Yoga, Ayurveda and Fasting from the heart. We, Fabienne and Tobias, lovingly run the casita: with a lot of care and experience - authentic but also true to life.
Our well-equipped health center is in a beautiful location above Icod de los Vinos, in the very green, hilly and agricultural area between La Mancha and La Guancha. When our guests wake up, they see the open sea from every room. There is also a free and unobstructed view of the Atlantic from all of our garden terraces. On a clear day you can see the neighboring island of La Palma.
On the ground floor is the spacious Ayurveda practice with 3 massage rooms, anamnesis room, changing room with shower and toilet, Ayurvedic sweat cabin with light therapy and bath for alkaline baths. On the middle floor is the guesthouse level with the 3 guest rooms and a large dining and lounge area including a tea kitchen.
The large, abundant and very well-kept garden paradise with its many terraces, countless seating options and the always elevated view of the sea invites you to linger again and again. In our oasis there are plenty of places to retreat to rest and regenerate. At almost the highest point of the property is the fully equipped yoga house with a yoga lawn right in front of it. The garden also houses a heated pool and whirlpool, a hot outdoor shower and a zen garden with a barefoot path.
In a communal atmosphere and with very individual and personal care, our guests enjoy an unforgettable cure or break.

OUTPATIENT THERAPY: Externally accommodated Tenerife holidaymakers or "Residentes" are also welcome to book treatments in our casita.
WHAT CAN BE BOOKED: Ayurveda treatments (wellness and authentic cleansing treatments), fasting (according to Dr. Buchinger and alkaline fasting according to Wacker), yoga seminars and courses, regular holiday stays with full board or half board (vegan-vegetarian organic whole-food cuisine). In addition, Fabienne has specialized on individual crisis support. Please inquire about this personally!
FOR SEMINAR ORGANIZERS: After individual consultation, we are also happy to rent out the entire Casita to seminar leaders.
